Position Overview

Our Growing State Farm agency is looking for a Sales and Service Team Member who thrives on building relationships, uncovering needs, and closing business. While this role includes servicing existing customers, sales is the priority — identifying opportunities, cross-selling products, and driving new business.

Responsibilities
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
• Sell auto, home, life, and health insurance products
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building practices
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products
• Quote and bind new policies
• Service existing policies while identifying sales opportunities
• Follow up on leads and referrals
• Achieve individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
• Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, banking, or phone sales a plus)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
• Life & Health license (or ability to obtain)
