Trick or Treat in Downtown Moultrie
All aspiring ghosts, goblins and ghouls come and walk around the courthouse square and fill your bags with candy and other goodies.
Children in their Halloween finest can enter a costume contests to compete for prizes. It’s a great way for parents to allow their children the opportunity of trick-or-treating in the safety of a supervised, fun environment.
