Project Purpose - Reverse Job Fair

The Reverse Job Fair flips the traditional format - putting students in the spotlight. During this event, Work-Based Learning students will showcase their skills, qualifications, and real-world experience gained through their placements. Armed with professional portfolios, students will present their achievements, training, and career readiness to a panel of business and industry volunteers.

This unique approach allows students to practice professional self-presentation and gives employers a firsthand look at the next generation of talent preparing to enter the workforce.
