Join us at J. Harvey’s 1700 1st Ave SE, Moultrie, GA 31768 for the book signing by author Judy Higgins. April 28th at 4 P.M.
Judy was a Semi Finalist in the 2012 Amazon Breakout Novel Contest.***
Judy’s parents were Roxie and Ernest West from Moultrie Ga. Daddy taught agriculture at the high school, and Mama taught science at the middle school (or junior high, can't remember which they called it then.) Her brother, Bernard, played football for Moultrie High.
