Moultrie Federated Guild will be hosting an event to honor local artist, Randy Gibbs, by presenting the winner of the online auction of his watercolor print entitled "Yellow Bellied Slider" (which is now being auctioned online by Weeks Auction Group". The winner of the essay contest about "Papa's Pond" will also be announced and raffle prizes will be given away. Bobbie & Mickey Key, Scott Graham and Daniel Dunn will provide music as well.
