DESCRIPTION:Doerun May Day Festival  Things get started Friday evening May 3rd at 7pm with the Doerun BBQ cook-off competition of Brunswick Stew\, along with the "Battle of the Bands" and Karaoke which will be open to the public.  Saturday May 4th Festivities will kick off with the annual May Day Parade at 10am. Opening Ceremony for May Day in the Park will commence at 11am. Once May Day is officially underway\, there will be Singing\, Performances by Local Bands and Talent\, BBQ judging\, Games\, Karaoke\, Shopping\, Food\, Drinks\, Snacks\, and Fun activities for the kids.
