DESCRIPTION:The Doerun Booster Association's May Day Festival and BBQ Cook-off for 2016 is going to be a fun filled celebration the whole family will enjoy! \n\n\n\nEvents get started Friday evening May 6th 2016 with live entertainment on stage \, and at 7PM with the Doerun BBQ Cook-Off competition of Rib-eye Steak and Brunswick Stew.  The winner of the steak and stew competition will be announced on the stage at 9PM. \n\n\n\nSaturday May 7th Festivities will kick off with our annual May Day Parade at 10am.  Opening Ceremony for May Day in the Park will commence at 11am.  Once May Day is officially underway\, there will be Singing\, Performances by Local Bands and Talent\, BBQ judging\, Games\, Karaoke\, Shopping\, Food\, Drinks\, Snacks\, and Fun activities for the kids.
