DESCRIPTION:Each yoga class will incorporate music\, dance\, and fun to improve posture\, physical health\, self esteem\, and social skills. Children will learn fun poses to encourage physical strength and focus. Team building exercises will be a part of each class and will reinforce peacefulness between students. Students will be encouraged to play while learning listening and concentration skills easily translatable to the classroom.
